To create a set of icons for Social Business Solutions Toolkit.

(Completed in September 2011)

A Social Business embraces networks of people, through the adoption of social software, business process and cultural changes. It creates business value of fostering a more open, efficient and innovative organization which develops customer and employee relationships, making business decision faster, and increasing speed to market. The objective is to drive mid-market interest and demand for the Social Business solutions from IBM and IBM’s Business Partners.

I was assigned to develop three icons which best depict the point-of-view. These icons are then applied to a series of items which include, Door Opener email template, Door Opener Direct Mailer template and a set of eNurture emails.
